In this class, we go deep into:
• What a trust actually is (legally and equitably)
• The difference between legal title and equitable beneficial interest
• Why most people structure trusts incorrectly
• The role of the Grantor, Trustee, and Beneficiary — and how power flows between them
• Revocable vs. Irrevocable trust structures
• Why equity must be properly established — not just declared
• How trust law connects to property, contracts, and private administration
• Foundational statutory references and trust principles beginners must understand
This class is designed for those who are serious about:
– Protecting assets

– Operating from equity instead of income

DIY Full Curriculum — Day 1 (Foundations & Private Administrative Process)
This product provides access to Day 1 of the DIY Full Curriculum, covering both the foundational principles of ownership and the full private administrative process used in asserting equitable beneficial ownership.
Day 1 is designed to establish the proper mental, procedural, and documentary framework before any public or court-based action is considered.
Day 1 — Part 1: Foundations of Legal vs. Equitable Titles
This section focuses on building a clear understanding of the distinction between legal title and equitable beneficial title. Students are guided through the foundational concepts, terminology, and structural differences that determine how ownership is recognized and preserved across administrative and judicial systems.
Emphasis is placed on understanding why equitable beneficial ownership matters and how it operates independently from surface-level legal title.
Day 1 — Part 2: Three-Wave Private Administrative Process
This section walks through the complete three-wave private administrative process, explaining how documentation is properly layered, sequenced, and preserved in the private record.
Students learn how the private process is structured before any public filing, including how intent, notice, and administrative positioning are established as part of a coherent strategy.
Purpose of Day 1
Day 1 serves as the foundation for the entire curriculum. It is designed to ensure participants understand ownership, structure, and private process mechanics before progressing into public administrative or court-based procedures.

Step into the courtroom with confidence, clarity, and control.
This foundational class is designed to give you a clear understanding of how the courtroom actually operates — beyond surface-level assumptions. You’ll learn how rules, procedures, and jurisdiction shape every interaction, and why knowing your specific state and county protocols can make the difference between being prepared… or being lost.
Inside this class, we break down:
The true structure of courtroom procedure
How to properly show up as a plaintiff or defendant
The importance of understanding rules of court and local procedures
How to operate with awareness of your capacity and position
What courts look for… and what they don’t tolerate
This is not about theory — this is about foundation.
Because without foundation, there is no strategy.
Whether you're stepping into court now or preparing for the future, this class equips you with the awareness needed to move with intention instead of uncertainty.
⚖️ This is not legal advice. This is lawful awareness and educational insight intended to help you better understand courtroom environments and procedures.
⚠️ IMPORTANT PREREQUISITE NOTICE
Day 2 is not a standalone curriculum.
Enrollment in Day 1 (Foundations & Private Administrative Process) is strongly required before proceeding with Day 2.
Day 2 builds directly on the concepts, documentation structure, and private administrative framework established in Day 1. Skipping Day 1 may result in gaps in understanding, misapplication of the process, or confusion when engaging with public administrative (court) procedures.
👉 To ensure full comprehension and proper sequencing of the process, students are expected to complete Day 1 prior to enrolling in Day 2.
By enrolling in Day 2, you acknowledge that you have completed or will complete Day 1 of the curriculum.
